Shipping & Returns


  • Nueva Moda processes all orders on Friday. Items usually ship out by Wednesday after orders are processed. Orders generally take 4-7 business days in transit.
  • All credit card orders are shipped to the cardholder's name and billing address. In order to ship to a different address, you will need to contact your credit card company and have them include the "alternate shipping address" in the notes of your account.  This addition does not change your original credit card billing address and is done over the telephone.
  • All orders require the card holder's signature upon delivery.
  • If an item is out of stock, you will be contacted via email or telephone. You will have an opportunity to cancel the order or make changes.
  • No COD deliveries or PO Box deliveries.
  • Any discrepancies such as missing or damaged items should be addressed within 24 hours of delivery.  We will work to resolve the issue promptly.
  • We only ship within the US at this time. Select items may be shipped to Canada. Please email us for more information and payment options.

  • To exchange an item simply email us at for a Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please provide your name, the item(s) to be returned, and the reason for the return . Unless the item is defective on arrival (DOA), you are responsible for all return shipping charges including insurance as well as the shipping cost of the new item. If the item is defective and is being replaced with the same item we will ship the new one to you at no charge.  Any item(s) sent back without an RA number will be returned to sender.Please make sure the RA number is visible on the box and on the label.
  • Defective items or items for exchange must be received within 10 days
  • All Sales Final on discounted/special priced items and special order items.This does not apply to discounts provided by a 3rd party company.
  • Any returned or refused order is subject to the full shipping cost. Non-defective returns have to arrive within 20 days of the delivery date. If the item is defective, we will ship you a new replacement at our cost using the same shipping service of the original order.
  • Returned merchandise must be in "brand new" condition (in original packaging, with all manuals and unfilled warranty cards). Merchandise that is received damaged, marked, or with missing packaging, will not be accepted. Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Once the returned order is examined and approved you will receive a refund.
  • Items that do not qualify for exchanges or returns are any item that shows wear and tear.
